The Honorable PM declared the lock down in India, since 22-3-2020 due to Corona Virus Disease(COVID19 ), including our CM KCR, and Honorable High Court also declared Holidays to courts, to get control in spreading the Virus among the general public , due to which Courts are not functioning since then. In these circumstances the Advocates Society Board Of Directors conducted meeting on 9-4-2020 and discussed about the issue to extend it’s hand for financial help to needy Advocate members. The BOD hereby agreed and approved unanimously to extend financial help to needy advocates members, subject to deposit of share certificate of share holders/ Cash receipt of Associate and waiting List members as security, with One Surety of share holder, to serve the cause.
The said loan is for 4 months interest free, thereafter 10% interest shall be levied and principal amount along with accrued interest shall be payable within 6 months, without fail.
In view of Extended Lock down the BOD had decided to extend it,s hands by way of loan Only, as mentioned above to the share holders, WL/ Associate Members of the society, of Rs. 10,000/- only and the needy members may apply from 15-4-2020 on wards, at our 4 main branches, City civil courts, R.R dist courts, Nampally criminal courts and Sec-Bad branch offices and after scrutiny the loan will be sanctioned to the applicants, with above mentioned terms and conditions.

Application Deadline : 15th April 2020 to 22nd April 2020 and 3 Days Scrutiny
Timings : 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Scrutiny: 3 Days
Filled in applications with required documents will be accepted in between 9.30am and 12.30 pm at City Civil Court-Diwandevdi, Ranga Reddy Dist Court, City Civil Court Secunderabad, Metropolitan Criminal Court-Nampally Society Offices.
Issuance: After 27th April 2020 vide Cheques/Transfer subject to the submission of original documents
